Washington, NC: The Beaufort County Traditional Music Association is pleased to present the BCTMA Members Variety Show on September 18 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Turnage Theatre. Admission is free, and donations are appreciated for this family friendly event.
Members being featured on October 16 include Linda Boyer, Bobby Moore, Tyler Moore, John Moran, Van Rice, and Marianne Wurtele. They will be singing a selection classic country, rock, blues, and bluegrass tunes. These musicians often participate in BCTMA’s Saturday morning and Thursday evening acoustic jams held at the Turnage Theatre. These jams are also free and traditional music fans and musicians are welcome.
This informal family-oriented concert is sponsored by the Beaufort County Traditional Music Association, founded in 2008 to promote traditional music in Eastern North Carolina. The Variety Show is held at the Turnage Theatre, 150 W. Main Street, Washington, NC.
